- The SMS chat function will show you all your incoming messages and allow you to respond to them
- You can search by name and phone number
- You can favorite chats by hitting the heart button on the left side of the contact info.
- You can sort numerically or alphabetically if you need to
- You can also sort by read or unread messages
- You can chose the phone number you send from by clicking the drop down above the message box
- The action buttons are as follows: Unsubscribe, Add Notes, Edit Contact, Delete Contact, Delete Chat, Export Chat, Schedule Individual Message, AI Start, and AI Stop.
